practice.
Outside my research work, I've also been involved in building and running a small consumer brand (BABO). This experience grounded my thinking in real-world decision-making, where insights had to be translated into communication, positioning, and creative choices under practical constraints. It sharpened how I think about people not only as research participants, but as audiences navigating culture, identity, and meaning in everyday contexts.
